Welcome to Timeless A Design (the atelier of Kamala Sreedhar). By accessing or using this website at tadesign.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

1. About us

Timeless A Design is a custom-tailoring and wardrobe-consultation atelier based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, founded and run by Kamala Sreedhar. Contact: info@tadesign.in · +91 99008 45479.

2. Use of this website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact between you and us. You agree to:

• Use the site lawfully and in good faith
• Not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or compromise the site's security
• Provide accurate information when submitting forms or making enquiries
• Not use any tool on the site (including the Style Tool at /lab) to misrepresent yourself or another person

3. Services and bookings

Our services — including wardrobe architecture consultations, custom design and fitting, and The Wardrobe Circle memberships — are offered subject to availability and Kamala Sreedhar's professional judgement. Submitting an enquiry or form does not by itself create a binding contract for service.

A binding engagement begins only after we have confirmed the scope, timeline, and fees with you in writing (email is sufficient).

4. The Wardrobe Circle (memberships)

Membership terms are described on the Memberships page and FAQ. Key points:

• Memberships are billed annually unless otherwise agreed.
• Consultations reset annually. Custom-garment allocations on Gold and Platinum may carry forward up to three months past renewal.
• You may upgrade mid-year by paying the prorated difference.
• You may cancel at any time by writing to info@tadesign.in. We prorate refunds based on unused consultations and garments.
• Premium fabrics, heavy embroidery, or other supplementary charges are always quoted transparently before work begins, and are billed separately from membership.

5. Custom garments

Custom garments are made specifically to your measurements and design choices. Because of this:

• We require approval at the design stage and at first fitting before final stitching.
• Once final stitching is complete, custom garments are not eligible for refund. We offer reasonable alterations to correct fit issues at no additional cost.
• Fabric is sourced after design approval. Once cut, fabric cost is non-refundable.
• If we are unable to complete a commissioned garment due to our error, we will offer a remake or a refund of all amounts paid for that garment.

6. The Style Tool (/lab)

The tools at /lab (body shape quiz, colour analysis) are provided as a starting point for self-discovery, not as professional medical, psychological, or styling advice. Recommendations are general; an in-person consultation with Kamala produces results tailored to you.

Photos chosen for colour analysis are processed entirely in your browser. They are never transmitted to our servers. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, designs, the TA monogram, photographs of Kamala Sreedhar, and the "Timeless A Design" and "Atelier of Kamala Sreedhar" names — is the property of Timeless A Design. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Sketches, garment designs, and bespoke patterns produced for you remain your property for personal use; we retain the right to photograph our work for portfolio and journal purposes unless you opt out in writing.

8. Third-party links and tools

Our website may link to third-party services (WhatsApp, Web3Forms, analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services. Their terms apply to your use of them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Timeless A Design's liability for any claim relating to use of this website or our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Before pursuing legal action, we ask that you first write to info@tadesign.in so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. We take feedback and complaints seriously.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
